I am rating the CSO, Travis's pre-purchase service as 4:5 - really good. The review question, "Please rate your purchase", matters to me, as does my integrity. I have yet to make a purchase commitment. Likely an automated program generated by the 'quote' I received put the purchase review cart before the horse folks. 🙂

The online portal was easy to use and at the end of the day, we saved quite a lot by moving the car insurance across to Australian Seniors. What hasn't been such a great experience was subsequent email contact that we initiated. which should have been a simple yes / no reply and has been very frustrating. The auto generated replies had absolutely nothing to do with what we asked i.e. renewal documents. Having said that, we have since changed a second cars insurance to Australian Seniors as well

Thank you for an amazing experience setting up my life insurance policy.I was dealt with professionally and with immense kindness and compassion. All my questions and concerns were addressed satisfactorily and I did not feel rushed at any time. The whole experience was very easy and I felt very supported throughout . I felt comforted knowing that I had the necessary cover at the end of the telephone interview and my family will be taken care of. I will recommend this service to family and friends.

I will be cancelling my policy and changing to Real insurance due to the fact that Seniors policy stops at age 85 with no payment. I am not paying them over $20000 for nothing in return if i dont die. Real stops at 85 too but you get money back, or they have cover for all of life after 85 too. Seems better value for money. I should have looked deeper before contacting Seniors!! My advice.... search the markets to get better value.

She was reliable and called within the agreed timeframe. She was clear and articulate with no patronizing or talking down to me. Give her a pay rise. Purchase comprehensive car insurance
