Good, but the purchase of pet insurance on line takes way too long. It is confusing to older people and could be annoying to busy people. I recommend finding a way of satisfying the legal aspects without a recitation of the fine print, right down to the ACN #, etc. Never been through a procedure like that before.

My husband is deaf I have tried to organise life insurance and funeral insurance before for him however I was not allowed to do it I was expected to allow a complete stranger to do it for him through TTY he was very excited when I told him it was organised he's more relaxed about it now thank you
