The selling side of it was good but then I changed my mind and tried calling to cancel, it was so Hard! Phone wasn't being answered, then when I finally got through I got drilled. Hopefully it has been cancelled and I don't get charged.

In 2013 I took out a $7,000 fixed funeral expences cover with you-In april 2018 you sent me a "happy anniversary" letter. Considering everything was fixed in for both parties until my death I could not understand why?. It prompted me to do some figuring, and working on the theory of living to 90 I realised what a bad deal I was on.By switching to "Top Cover" funeral insurance with you on 18May I managed to rescue a bit of the bad deal (assuming the 90yrs aim).While I did manage to secure a waiver of the nil claim in first 12 months (on new policy) the premiums for the the fixed policy are lost and the premiums for the top cover have increased.---In the world of wheels and roundabouts I am feeling only just a little bit better off. P.S. And I had to do a chase up for a copy of the waiver letter on 30 May.

The male staff member that I spoke to was very friendly and cheerful which was a pleasant surprise! He knew his product inside and out, and could have a decent conversation with me. He could answer every question that I asked him about the policy, and explained everything in plain and simple terms.

I asked for a quote online and I received a phone call early the next day. I was given a quote and it took me 3 calls to get the my information together the team member called me each time rather than have me call back. The 10% discount was my main motivation for choosing Seniors Insurance.
