Product was explained well, I was quoted different options and the process was easy and I was happy to go ahead and sign up. I was only interested in funeral insurance and I was pleased that the representative didn’t try and sell me any other products. She was very knowledgeable and wasn’t at all pushy. I’m now in the process of telling my other family members to look into getting the same product.

We would have preferred to call back with our number when we were sure we wanted to take out the policy. Diane explained all the reasons but we still would have preferred to call back later.
