Your customer service person, Jake, was extremely patient, very clear, and well informed. He took the time to understand what I needed and was not at all "pushy". I appreciated the fact that he let your policy sell itself. Overall he made what could have been a daunting task a satisfying experience. You should investigate "cloning" him.....or, at least make sure he can train newer staff. ( I was a customer service officer for many years, Jake is one of the best to whom I have ever spoken.)

Whilst the people were very pleasant I was forced to endure a long explanation of what they covered and ddidn't cover etc despite having watched a lengthy commercial stating all these facts over and over again for months. When I finally decided to call and "arrange a quote in minutes" I was on the phone for an extended amount of time. I explained to the girl that I knew all this and could probably recite her spiel she had to continue. An enquiry turned into a sale very quickly. Now I have to cancel.
