Explained cover adequately but spoke too fast and when I requested a quote, she signed me up for a policy, which I thought was a bit pushy as I was still looking at my options. I did have them in mind for a policy but wanted to get other quotes as well.

The service was good and helpful. My only complaint was I felt obliged to purchase when I just wanted to get an idea of costs and discus it with my family. I was told I could cancel at any time , but why go to all that trouble. Which I ended up doing because I decided against purchasing.

Looks as I expected, amconfident if I need to change my cover in the cooling off period, I can do so. The consultant I dealt with explained everything without any bells and whistles, didn't try to oversell the product, which would have made me back off.
