The most competitive price for pay as you drive product online. That was the only reason I chose Australian Seniors. I have been with them for a year and renewable price was not as cheap. I had to cancel my policy instead of renewing and take up the online offer again. Doesn't make much sense. Not really impressed by the tone of the operator as I as an existing customer. Friendly only to prospective customers.

I found your Australian Seniors Funeral Insurance telephone representative "James" very helpful. He answered all my questions and very clearly explained all the benefits of taking out my nominated $10,000 Australian Seniors Funeral Insurance policy top cover. "James" was very pleasant and courteous. I received an email from Australian Seniors within 10 minutes of completing all the necessary "Sign Up" questions and Acceptance Declaration. The email contained my new Seniors Funeral Insurance Top Cover Policy Schedule, an Explanatory Details about the Policy Cover and a very lovely Welcome Letter. Thanks Australian Seniors for giving me immediate peace of mind for now and into the future.

Besides excellent customer service on both accounts, Daniel was a font of knowledge with regard to Funeral Insc whereas Renato was rather a disappointment with regard to Home&Contents Insc unfortunately. I might add however, this is thru no fault of his. As he explained to me at the time it is because of the stringent structure of your policy in that, to me as the end user, the premium quoted was $100+ over what I am presently enjoying with my current provider, despite the fact that the Bldg value was $385,455 and contents at $20,00 as opposed to $4043,727 and $64,011 respectively. What can I say? I am a pensioner and looking at the bottom line I trust you will appreciate my reasons for not wanting to use ASIA for Home&Contents which therefore also resulted in loosing my motor insurance I might add.
