I already had Pet Insurance, but needed to add another pup to the Insurance. The person that dealt with my issue was absolutely lovely. Sounded like they had pets of their own. I would recommend Seniors Insurance to all my friends, as everything is so easy , when you have great people at the other end of the phone

I had my questions answered clearly and with obvious knowledge of the product. I felt that the information that was read at the end of the call was read too quickly even though the person read clearly. I understand that I will receive a hard copy but it would be better to slow down in that delivery.
