The customer service I received from Leah was absolutely sensational. Leah waited on the line with me while the loading of an EPOA was successfully completed, so I could action my aging parents policy. The annoying part of my issue was the limitations of your website and not being able to add myself as an authorised representative against my parents customer profile. Then because I cancelled their existing policy and created a new quote, which was cheaper I might add even with improved parameters, meant I had to resend the EPOA for this new policy. Why isn't the EPOA loaded against my parents names so any future policies automatically fall under the EPOA........that's a very frustrating feature. Improve your website so we can add authorised users ourselves.

Seniors Home Insurance was a pleasure to deal with, one downside was receiving a phone call immediately after completing the online insurance quote request. An indication on your website that this would occur would have been helpful, similar to what "Youi" do. In saying that I still decided to go with Seniors Home Insurance, pricing was similar but Seniors had a much better score on "National Product Review", I will not use Google reviews as I don't believe one gets a true indication of a company's performance.
