I found her to have just the right personality to deal with the public, she was friendly, very knowledgeable with the products I was enquiring about and when I queried something she was unsure about Kelsey investigated while I was on hold and returned within a suitable timeframe with an answer that satisfied me. I was initially a little annoyed, as I had given a date and time that I would make myself available to your staff, but was continually called out of those times while I had to concentrate on customers or specific tasks, however they finally managed to call me at an agreed time and I could spend some time with your staff member. (forgive me I can't remember their name) I've even looked at your motor vehicle insurance, but its quite a bit higher than the other one I'm looking at
