I mainly only wanted a quote for my insurance, the girl who rang me was so nice and convincing that I signed up for it. Certainly a lot cheaper than my current policy, and far as I can tell pretty much the same coverage?

Customer service (Mac) very good. Somewhat taken aback however when asked for Bank details at Quote and Enquiry Stage. In this day and age this could put some people off. All good.
