I like the product and the good service. I do have one issue; the confirmation e.mail arrived with a multi page attachment. The first page opens but the rest of the pages cannot open. I have reported this but so far no response.

It was a white person I spoke to, not foreign (with a difficult to understand accent.) The girl I spoke to was very efficient very succinct, and was alert to any disparity - like when I said my sister was paying only $25 p.f. so she understood straight away that that was what I wanted, not more money for the premium. The only sour note was that th girl was required to read so much in order to end the phone call - when I can read, understand and absorb all of it when the terms arrive via email or by post - pretty boring. Nice to know that the premiums will stay the same - I wasted $3,000 on REAL Funeral Insurance when the premiums increased each year. Regards Penny
