When initially in contact with the Pet Insurance, information was not forth coming having to ask what was in the policy. Asked if a copy of benefits could be sent but only a generic one could be sent. Once again rang to clarify just what was being offered having made comparisons with other companies. Finalised to purchase Pet insurance but on receipt of documentation found the certificate read male instead of female and date of birth wrong. So once again had to ring to have this changed. While at all times the people I dealt with were polite, it shouldn't be that hard to get answers and have the documentation correct.
