The lady I spoke to when she called after I did a online quote was very friendly and did not push me to buy insurance cover from them when I said I was still looking at other companies. Then when I called back I was transferred back to that same lady, she was again very friendly and was so helpful in explaining the policy and answering my questions.

It was explained well, although a little fast, but when I had questions about something that was said, the customer service person was happy to go back over what they had said and explain further.
