The young lady who called me back was extremely happy, very helpful and more than enthusiastic to answer my questions, She had an excellent grasp on the product and the product disclosure document which she used to assist my queries. She gave me confidence in purchasing our Pet Insurance for our new puppy Amber (Sorry I had to add puppy spam).

Very good all round customer services with competitive priced products. I changed from my existing insurance provider that I had had been with for many years. Cost saving was considerable. Shows there is very little reward for staying a loyal long-term customer.

The one improvement I would like is that I can stop paying premiums when I have paid in the amount I am covered for. This would still give you years of using my money with which to invest and so on. it is good to know that premiums cease when I am 90.
