We were picking up our new car, a call to Aust Seniors and obtained a no fuss quote from Claire, which we accepted, and our cover began immediately. The price was more than competitive and we now have 2 policies with them, there is a possibilityvof a this d cover early next week.

With the exception of confusing automatic select menu, once we got through to the correct dept the service we received from Claire was friendly, informative & succinct which helped us make a fast but informed decision moving forward for our new car.

It just took too long to go through all the options before finally speaking to a person. They were very helpful but I ran out of time but can't was able to do the online application after clarifying an issue via phone
