Did not need to ask questions, I was given all details I needed to know all through the interview. Joel was really polite and down the point no sign of inpatients. When asked if I had any questions I could not think of any.

Product was explained well, I was quoted different options and the process was easy and I was happy to go ahead and sign up. I was only interested in funeral insurance and I was pleased that the representative didn’t try and sell me any other products. She was very knowledgeable and wasn’t at all pushy. I’m now in the process of telling my other family members to look into getting the same product.
