very hard to contact people ,and a lot of time wasting talk on the phone.i have tried several times to register using my e-mail which I use every day and when I request a password the whole thing stops. my initial set up with Lynn was excellent.when I tried to contact about a matter which we have discussed an d she said to call and discuss it .when I did twice, I was told that I wasn't allowed to speak to her,and so on.

I am a pensioner and believe I need to provide my sister with something to fund my funeral as I have no savings, house or any other assets. I chose this company as they appear genuine and fair in their dealings. The staff were helpful and the process was quite easy. The cost is a problem for me and I discussed this with the staff. I am sure this company is the right one to handle my policy.
