The Support Team was fabulous and great customer service and respect - I had to get transferred to another section,as I wanted to check out other policies being offered, I then changed the type of policy - young man was on the job and so helpful - as an Indiginous Elder I was able to make an informed decision this being due to the clear and presice language used - With absolute well manners for all the silly questions I asked him.

I was satisfied with the contents of the plan. However, having nothing to compare it with I couldn't rate it higher than that.

I found Kristy (?),the person to whom I spoke, very irritating. She needs to understand that she is speaking to an older person, not a teenager. I consider she wasn't very professional, talking in terms of "wonderful" or "fantastic" every time I supplied a plain answer as date of birth or address. Very irritating. If I get her again I will ask to speak to someone less animated and more professional. She is not suited to speaking to someone over 40.

I think the person I spoke to was very lovely. I think joining up for the insurance took longer than I expected than other insurance people that I’ve spoken to on the phone. I even offered the person when I finished. He should go and have a glass of water.
