Never been with Australian Seniors until now but the operator who talked me through the new policy was most helpful and that is a major reason I chose to switch from RAA to AS. The RAA policy was good I must admit but the premium was far too much for a couple of pensioners.

Service was good but very disapointed at one aspect of the policies....on my cover the failure to allow me any reduction of the wait for full cover period.....bearing in mind Ive just done 6 months of exactly this with Apia. ....just adds to the possibility of discarding the Cover altogether in the shortbterm.

Even my husband Mr.William Joseph Singanayagam has not received his policy. Please let me have your reply soon. I am seriously thinking of requesting the bank to stop payment.
