I thought I'd just done that - I asked for details wanting to see if this policy suited me and my wife. And came away with giving my details and a debit card to start within 7 days. However i wanted to step back to ask for another opinion and be able to not proceed.

I merely rang for a quote for Funeral Insurance. The young lady I spoke with, Samantha, was so helpful and did not pressure me in any way to purchase or sign anything. She did answer ALL of my queries as well as giving valuable information re subjects and options I had not considered. I had no hesitation whatsoever of purchasing my policy there and then. It has given me and my family peace of mind, knowing that when my time comes, the financial problems which many face at this traumatic time will not be a concern. I sent you an email right after I paid for my car insurance to ask if correspondence could be posted to my P O Box because there didn't seem to be any way to have done this when I took out the policy on line. I asked if they would confirm my request would be carried out. No one bothered to reply to my email so I've rated you just one star.

He answered all my questions and very clearly explained all the benefits of taking out my nominated $10,000 Australian Seniors Funeral Insurance policy top cover. "James" was very pleasant and courteous. I received an email from Australian Seniors within 10 minutes of completing all the necessary "Sign Up" questions and Acceptance Declaration. The email contained my new Seniors Funeral Insurance Top Cover Policy Schedule, an Explanatory Details about the Policy Cover and a very lovely Welcome Letter. Thanks Australian Seniors for giving me immediate peace of mind for now and into the future.
