This product guarantees that in the event of a claim, the premium payments cover the sum insured and anything paid over and above the sum insured goes to the beneficiary. Can't be fairer than that. If I want to increase my cover at a later date I can, for an appropriate new premium.

I researched this type of insurance before signing up with ASIA and found the reviews for after sales service were the best, The Underwriters have a long and respected history, and the ASIA rep was friendly well informed and followed up our first interview without in any way being pushy.

I have always been a loyal customer but decided to shop around after receiving my Home & Contents renewal with premium increased by over $900 (I have never had a claim). Australian Seniors was very competitive in premium price with incentive discount on premium for new customer. I was able to get their top policy which included accidental damage for same cost of standard policy with my existing insurance company. Will be interesting to see premium cost after first year. Was great to be able to talk to same representative on phone each time and follow up by Elliott was appreciated. Elliott was patient and courteous and policy explained well. I could not fault Australian Seniors customer service. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Hi as I was told by one lady that I could drive up to 15000klm before I was charged any extra so when I rang back to go ahead they told me I had asked for 10000klm which I had but when I told them that I was told I could drive up to 15000klm they told me it extra, I am not happy with that.
