The product is good but communication between you and the insurers is lacking, as we had mistakes in the pet details Name spelt sphie instead of Sophie, Gender male instead of Female and DOB 01/02/16 instead of 20/02/16.

We have been with Suncorp for many years (decades), however with them this year my car valuation dropped approximately 30% and the quoted premium rose by a similar margin with no incidents. Other quotes were actually dearer, until we tried Seniors Car Insurance, whose quotation was a breath of fresh air.
