very hard to contact people ,and a lot of time wasting talk on the phone.i have tried several times to register using my e-mail which I use every day and when I request a password the whole thing stops. my initial set up with Lynn was excellent.when I tried to contact about a matter which we have discussed an d she said to call and discuss it .when I did twice, I was told that I wasn't allowed to speak to her,and so on.

A young lady called Lauren helped us, she was very patient & helpful. Lauren spent alot of time with us, as the car had only just been registered with RTA 1 hr previosly & was able to sign us up.
