Clare was very helpful and patient in checking details and providing advice regarding my inquiry for Home Contents insurance. The premium offered by Seniors was very competitive as I was looking for alternative insurers after my current insurer increase the renewal premium by 29% after being loyal for 10 years.

Until I might need to make a claim I can't really provide a 'review' of the purchase. I can say that the telephone agent was helpful. BUT, the phone line connection from the Aus Seniors end was HOPELESS!! Between us the agent and I had to repeat ourselves continuously to get numbers and details correct (dollar/credit card digits etc - important to get right!). The line had little sound gaps in communication. It was not good enough! The call took over 30 minutes, primarily because of the repetition required.

Well it’s all on line so I haven’t had any “service” as such but the process was pretty easy. I did get a follow up call after I’d completed signing up. I didn’t have any Qs so it wasn’t useful at the time.
