Easy to access a department, don't have to wait for hours to get to talk to someone. At the odd time I needed assistance with a policy or claim, the company is extremely easy to contact and to speak to Australian based representative. Highly recommend.

I was super impressed with the gentleman I spoke to, unfortunately I didn’t recall his name, without sounding awful he spoke clearly and I was able to understand every word (I do believe when you get older, people’s accents can be challenging - and there is nothing worse than having to constantly be saying, sorry I didn’t get that) He went through everything so we had no trouble understanding policy inclusion, exclusions. Recommend definitely.
