I would be in a better position to comment if i had received the paperwork. However,I found both people I talked to were very polite.They must have been to persuade me to take the next step. I don't really believe in insurance and usually politely but firmly reject efforts to persuade me to take it up.

Ash was the person who looked after me and he was excellent at explaining everything, however towards the end my mobile dropped out and it is now charging and I would have liked to have personally thanked Ash for his presentation etc., very professional, could you please let him know what happened about the phone dropping out.
