Nice to be able to change the amount of my agreed value and excess. PDS is very easy to read and understand. I would have appreciated knowing about the automatic renewal when I was filling in the webpage questions. However I did find it listed towards the end of the PDS and was able to opt out with a phone call. Nice to speak to someone in Australia rather than overseas.

Our car has been insured by SENIORS for two years.We are absolutely satisfied because of the very reasonable rate, the speed in handling an accident claim, the damage assessment and the speed of payment. We have subscribed to roadside assistance but have never had any problems that would have required us to call on them.
