Great experience getting a quote online, easy and quick to complete. Great response time when buying a new product (a few minutes). Long response time when an existing customer (30+ minutes). Haven't used it yet though.

The person I spoke with was very professional, pleasant and understanding. She explained the comprehensive cover I selected as well as the extra coverage I chose to me very well, and said if I needed to change anything at anytime it wouldn't be an issue.

I particularly liked the speed from start to finish, there was no waiting around for a third person to provide additional information. I saved $200 per year on my comprehension car insurance. I had been with the other insurance company since I was 17 years old.
