Good experience but it took longer than I thought should be necessary; however the person I spoke to was very helpful.

Good service, but as I said, took longer than it should have. I had to cancel an existing policy and take out a new one when changing over cars - this process should be more streamlined.

Great value and Elliot is a great asset to Australian Seniors Insurance. He helped me get a good deal. I am going to use this insurer when our house and other car insurance's end. Budget Direct charges too much and hard to contact and employee's don't return calls.
