The online application was clear, uncomplicated and easy to complete. When I telephoned with a quick question and to confirm some details, I was most impressed that my call was answered immediately, and in person! The customer service consultant was very friendly and helpful, able to assist with my enquiry, knowledgeable about the product and services being offered. Besides getting a competitive quote this is a major reason I decided to change to Australian Seniors.

I was seeking car insurance as the renewal premium offered by my current insurer seemed outrageous. I phoned them to query if a mistake had been made but was rebuffed. I enquired from family members and was given Seniors as one option. My online enquiry was followed up by a phone call from you and I completed the purchase as a result. I saved over $900.00 by not insuring with my previous provider. Caveat Emptor.

Eventually was able to secure the correct cover for my vehicle. Initially was provided incorrect advice which meant I was sent off to VicRoads to question how my car was registered. Despite being reassured the records they had correctly identified my cars model and make, Aus Senior records continue to show a different vehicle. We were finally able to apply online using the correct details for our car.
