The online application was clear, uncomplicated and easy to complete. When I telephoned with a quick question and to confirm some details, I was most impressed that my call was answered immediately, and in person! The customer service consultant was very friendly and helpful, able to assist with my enquiry, knowledgeable about the product and services being offered. Besides getting a competitive quote this is a major reason I decided to change to Australian Seniors.

Should consider removal of learner drive excess subject to all the conditions being met, such as the learner not influenced by drink, drugs or the like, has a Learner permit, learner plates displayed and in a fully licenced driver teaching. Also serious consideration be given to a discount for vehicles having a fully operational dash cam fitted. I have been with AS now for some years and considering shopping around as I believe AS is not keeping up with the market
