I paid my car insurance policy and after realised I had given the wrong car details my quote was for a Ford Ranger 4X4, my Ranger is a 4X2. I contacted Seniors insurance and had the details changed and was told my quote had increased by over $50. A 4X2 Ranger is less expensive than the 4x4. I explained this to the Consultant and it fell on dear ears.

I found the consultant very informative. The information was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I found the different levels of cover a little difficult to understand. The consultant was very compassionate. I changed my provider. Overall an excellent experience.

She helped me through the process of arranging insurance for a new car and cancelling the insurance on the car we were trading in. The other impressive thing is the affordable cost of course.
