I have achieved genuine savings through Australian Senior's Insurance. What a wonderful thing that is in 2023. There was a very short waiting time before I was attended to by the Australian call centre staff. And everyone I spoke to was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended !

Yes. I was insured with Seniors for my Mazda 3. On the 20th of April 2023 I was involved in an accident, where the police and ambulance attended. The other driver's car, hit my car in the rear whilst I was stationary waiting to turn right. She was at fault; I was injured, and my car was a repairable write off. She has been charged with reckless driving, causing injury to myself. Seniors accepted my no excess claim, with supporting police statement etc. My insurance was cancelled after I received a payout. In good faith I contacted Seniors to insure my new MAZDA 2 only to find out, because I made a claim that was a no excess claim, my new insurance has increased from last year's 2022 insurance by almost $300 for my new car. I was shocked to hear that it doesn't matter whether you're at fault or the other driver, apparently the insurance will increase astronomically. This is grossly unfair because, one doesn't have control over what the other driver does.

First consultant too abrupt and officious. The second consultant who confirmed my insurance and finished the contract with me was courteous and professional. I, in fact suggested to her that she should be using her lovely voice for singing.

I paid my car insurance policy and after realised I had given the wrong car details my quote was for a Ford Ranger 4X4, my Ranger is a 4X2. I contacted Seniors insurance and had the details changed and was told my quote had increased by over $50. A 4X2 Ranger is less expensive than the 4x4. I explained this to the Consultant and it fell on dear ears.
