nothing seemed to stand out as better than others, but the options to reduce my premiums was much better, yet before I could shake a stick someone from the company called and harrassed me. I really wanted to pay my premium by BPAY becasue I do not want you to get or keep my card or bank account details - as that's a sure recipe for hackers.

Useless and unhelpful staff! One gave me a quote to change the car on my policy which was 50% higher than my current premium and 45% higher than an identical policy with Australian Seniors I obtained online. Another rang me to discuss the online quote but wouldn’t allow me to take out the cover until I provided them the odometer reading on the new car. I explained, it was a brand new car and that I would be collecting next week and needed the certificate on collection. I also explained that it was new so would have less than 50km on the clock and to put a note on the policy to confirm the actual reading at the first convenient time. Her response was that this wasn’t possible and that I should ring from the dealership with the reading! As it would be late on a Friday evening, I wasn’t confident they would provide the certificate in time for me to drive away. As if I didn’t have enough to contend with the car change over!

Been using my same broker for decades… “Thought” I was always getting a good deal. 🤔 Then I looked at other providers and they were all very similar. THEN I came across Australian Seniors!! 😳 What a total difference! Saved $250 off my Car insurance and $200 off my contents insurance! Win/Win!!
