Male who answered phone was tremendously helpful. The price was great with agreed value better than most. Tired of being lumped in the same category as younger generations. Our generations look after and value their possessions. My car is in immaculate condition.

Nice to be able to change the amount of my agreed value and excess. PDS is very easy to read and understand. I would have appreciated knowing about the automatic renewal when I was filling in the webpage questions. However I did find it listed towards the end of the PDS and was able to opt out with a phone call. Nice to speak to someone in Australia rather than overseas.

I paid my car insurance policy and after realised I had given the wrong car details my quote was for a Ford Ranger 4X4, my Ranger is a 4X2. I contacted Seniors insurance and had the details changed and was told my quote had increased by over $50. A 4X2 Ranger is less expensive than the 4x4. I explained this to the Consultant and it fell on dear ears.
