We are pleased that we rang Australian Seniors and extremely pleased that Nansom (not sure of the spelling) answered our call. He was polite, patient and very helpful and is a credit to your company. The policies Nansom guided us through were home and contents as well as two comprehensive car policies, all of which we will follow through with.

I bought this insurance with help from an agent on the phone. He was super helpful, no strong accent so really easy to understand and the process was very straight forward. While I haven't had to claim (yet), I would definitely recommend using Australian Seniors to anyone who needs the comfort of Australian support over the phone.
