Riley was very helpful, he explained all my options in detail. He let me think about it overnight and then called me back the next day. I had time to absorb all the information and decide which way I wanted to go, I appreciated not being pressured. Because of his thoughtfulness I was able to go with a plan. So to him I say thankyou for his patience and understanding.

When quoting an amount at the end of a long process why don't you include GSYT and any taxes as it makes ahuge difference and I.m most unimpressed as I,ve agreeded to something I would not have done had I known the full price.
