I spoke with a very pleasant lady easy to understand throughout the conversation and she was very helpful. Accepted the quote as it much cheaper than other companies offering me the same coverage. Great to be a new customer. I would recommend other seniors to make that call, you will not be disappointed

I was originally very skeptical of talking to someone as I was comparing the market. Most times they try and sell you a product you don't really need. In this case, they were very helpful and took their time to explain in detail what the policy would mean to us. They guided me to links on their website giving more detail as she was explaining it. Great customer service and yes, switched to Australian Seniors' Insurance.

the online experience was not very good, as it was very hard to navigate, then I could not do what I wanted too, if i changed something I would have to start at the beginning. I then spoke to an agent, who got me through it without any issues, more than I could have done online, and more was explained. It seems more beneficial to go through an agent.
