Ashley was amazing to help set me up with my insurance. Had lost faith in customer service until speaking with her last week. If only there were more companies with Ashley’s in customer service. 🙏thanks again very happy I’ve sorted this part of my life out now.

Refer to last comments. Not easy to get a Person to speak to, in an acceptable time. Listening to the Terms of "engagement" etc took 8 minutes. When someone wants a quick Contact with a real person, for Information on a Product, waiting that long is not Good PR.
