my car Hyundai Getz was written off i advised you mob yet deductions were still being deducted, you were advised and 3 phone calls later was successful in stating why are direct debit still continuing, i was told i would receive refunds god know when Trevor Roycroft

I was super impressed with the gentleman I spoke to, unfortunately I didn’t recall his name, without sounding awful he spoke clearly and I was able to understand every word (I do believe when you get older, people’s accents can be challenging - and there is nothing worse than having to constantly be saying, sorry I didn’t get that) He went through everything so we had no trouble understanding policy inclusion, exclusions. Recommend definitely.
