Product is fine Customer service person Lynn was quite condescending in her tone and locked the quote so that I had to go back to her personally rather than just pay online. - which I found bizarre so that she could again read me the script I get the dot the I and cross the T but I very nearly left the convo to look elsewhere

I first dealt with Cam and he was very professional and very helpful. I was a bit worried after the call if I end up going back to NZ even tho Cam explained it too me. Then I got a call from Sandra who was also very lovely and she explained it again to me and she said the same as Cam as you are worldwide and doesn't matter if I in Australia or NZ I'm still covered so overall they were both lovely and helpful and put me at ease Thanks
