I think the person I spoke to was very lovely. I think joining up for the insurance took longer than I expected than other insurance people that I’ve spoken to on the phone. I even offered the person when I finished. He should go and have a glass of water.

Appears their system does not allow on line completion if you do not have starting Klms....very hard when buying brand new car. Promised call back to complete sign up not received, in the end did all on line once car dealer rang with starting klms ....16
