The service was good and helpful. My only complaint was I felt obliged to purchase when I just wanted to get an idea of costs and discus it with my family. I was told I could cancel at any time , but why go to all that trouble. Which I ended up doing because I decided against purchasing.

The product suits my needs. I like the way my premiums won't change and will actually reduce over time. The fact that any claim will be processed quickly is a big selling factor. I am glad to have taken up this product. It gives me peace of mind.
