Upon speaking with Vanessa ( Area Manager) she transferred my call to Deanne. I explained that I was interested in a policy and that we would be moving shortly. Deanne went through all the relevant options and I then decided to go with Aust Seniors. Deanne suggested that as I was moving it would be best to pay monthly for the next 2-3 months then start a new policy once we are settled into our new home. We thought that was a great idea, and that is exactly what we have done.

I compared several companies and found that Australian Seniors were the only company to follow up and willing to call me back after I had completed my appraisal.
