There is no guarantee of no hikes in premiums or the percentage I pay when my dog ages. At the moment it looks okay, but in 10 years. It is not easy to swap providers for pet insurance.

I was not impressed that funds were taken out of my account when I and my husband had not fully read the information sent out. I did not authorise this and was not happy about it. When you are only enquiring, why do you ask for the potential customer's bank account details when they may or may not agree to take up a policy.
