The customer service person I dealt to was super professional. Very friendly and wasn't put off with any of my questions. I hope others at your company are just as professional and knowledgeable when the need arises to speak to someone. It was a breath of fresh air to actually get to speak to a Real Person not some computer.

Very professional. I was researching various home and contents policies and came across Australian Seniors. Amanda rang soon after and wasn’t pushy , when I explained what I was doing. She offered to ring back on the Monday which she did and was very open and willing to answer any questions. The premium was less than my previous insurer and with the reviews I have read , I am very confident that my house is in good hands

Easy to use online and very friendly and informative staff. Rang back on time and answered all ,of my questions. Very competitive rates with extras included not in other policies I comparing. I will look into changing car insurances as well if the rates are also better than what I already have. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured into buying at any time. I looked I was able to put in the amounts for insurance I wanted also.

Simple, easy to understand, and open about car insurance. I have an older car, not of high value, and was able to get a quote for '3rd Party Fire and Theft' insurance, then go backwards and change to 'Comprehensive', and compare costs. It also showed the comprehensive insurance value, something other companies are reluctant to reveal! The premium was far below RACQ, whom I gave up.

Customer service I got when I rang was excellent it was late in the afternoon but the gentleman stay behind to look after me and made sure I got my insurance organised he was very very helpful The confusion came when you started sending me all the emails telling me to verify my email address and then forms to fill-in but I thought I had already filled in with the gentleman and then I think I double filled in the emails so now I am so confused I do not know what has happened I feel you seen far too many emails after the event to confuse people especially as all the people So I was not happy with that after service emails sorry

This was my first time to purchase a Landlord's insurance policy. It was easier to do than I thought. As I said in the last survey, the staff were well informed & helpful & the online service was easy to follow. Just one question on the online section that I believe should have had a third option to tick eg "I don't know". It was asking if the house was already insured & who with but as this is a new investment for me, that was something I did not know.
