I changed my home building insurance to Aust Seniors as I saved at least 50% on the renewal policy I received from one of the big banks. The coverage is very comparable so it is a massive saving. The rep that contacted me after my online quote was very helpful and efficient.

Brilliant Customer service, phones answered within 10 seconds no wait times. The Customer Services officer dealing with my case, was very polite, courteous, friendly and explained everything in detail, well spoken and extremely well presented. No questions were left unanswered. The icing on the cake was the huge savings in my pocket. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Australian Seniors, looking forward to dealing this Company again. I would rate you more than 5 Stars given the option. Highly recommend.
