Was very impressed with the cost of the car insurance. They explained what I could have, my choices of cover. Less km you drive cheaper it is.very happy compared to other companies I tried.

Price was very competitive and the form was very easy to complete. However, I unfortunately got my start date wrong and had to phone them. I phoned on a Saturday and told them I wanted to start 2 days later. The lady was helpful and said that they would phone back on Monday. They duly did but the man did not merely accept I wanted to change the date, he started going through the entire process of all my details etc. etc. and said it would take a further 10 minutes. No initiative was shown, so I told him to forget it and I would just restart my application on line, which I did. This unfortunately spoilt my entire experience. Despite this the premium, cover, valuation and completing the applic. were exceptional
