Nice to be able to change the amount of my agreed value and excess. PDS is very easy to read and understand. I would have appreciated knowing about the automatic renewal when I was filling in the webpage questions. However I did find it listed towards the end of the PDS and was able to opt out with a phone call. Nice to speak to someone in Australia rather than overseas.

Too many phone calls, everytime I received a quote (multiple quotes for investment properties) I received a phone call. Every phone call meant that I had to identify myself. But how do I know that the calls were from Australian Seniors Insurance?
