Great.Customer service agent was very helpful.Listened to my experiences in dealing with other insurance companies who were not that sympathetic to my requests for a better deal considering my age,claim free history and the fact that my vehicle even though it is 8 years old has less than 45,000 Kms on the odometer.I reckon that for the premium charged,the Agreed Value amount and other conditions,I am extremely satisfied.

Apart from a 20% increase in our House & Contents Insurance, it took over 20 minutes to obtain a new quote - same values with a $200.00 excess increase - which was $37.00 dearer than last year. AND in negotiating the revised quote despite asking for the higher invoiced quote, this didn't happen and we were invoiced for both quotes. I am still waiting for a refund of the more expensive quote. Not happy Jan!!!
