I have always been a loyal customer but decided to shop around after receiving my Home & Contents renewal with premium increased by over $900 (I have never had a claim). Australian Seniors was very competitive in premium price with incentive discount on premium for new customer. I was able to get their top policy which included accidental damage for same cost of standard policy with my existing insurance company. Will be interesting to see premium cost after first year. Was great to be able to talk to same representative on phone each time and follow up by Elliott was appreciated. Elliott was patient and courteous and policy explained well. I could not fault Australian Seniors customer service. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Cameron answered my call. The enquiry was treated with utmost respect, due attention and professionalism. All aspects of the likely policy were explained in sufficient detail, although the questionnaire was a bit lengthy. Nevertheless, the outcome was positive.

The reason for 5 stars .as I've been meaning to gt some life insurance for a few years now.bt I rang a cupple if other insurance company. Over last cupple years .and they did not call bk .and when they did they were not very easy to talk to .as well as the premium. To high.so I I said I ring u guys and a lovely well spoken young lady .made it very easy .for me to understand. And the premium. Was good .as well so thanks firor the amazing service. Kind regards. The service I've received from Australian Seniors so far has been exceptional, to the point where I have moved my house and contents insurance to you as well! Not only is your price very competitive, but I really welcome the way I've been treated throughout the claims process. And in the end, that's the thing that matters most.
