Excellent product. However when calling customer service, it is extremely irritating to have to listen to a very long disclaimer statement that really isn’t applicable once you have already purchased the insurance. That’s why 4 stars instead of 5

Apart from a 20% increase in our House & Contents Insurance, it took over 20 minutes to obtain a new quote - same values with a $200.00 excess increase - which was $37.00 dearer than last year. AND in negotiating the revised quote despite asking for the higher invoiced quote, this didn't happen and we were invoiced for both quotes. I am still waiting for a refund of the more expensive quote. Not happy Jan!!!
