The reason for 5 stars .as I've been meaning to gt some life insurance for a few years now.bt I rang a cupple if other insurance company. Over last cupple years .and they did not call bk .and when they did they were not very easy to talk to .as well as the premium. To high.so I I said I ring u guys and a lovely well spoken young lady .made it very easy .for me to understand. And the premium. Was good .as well so thanks firor the amazing service. Kind regards. Web site is the usual extensive unhelpful information designed to confuse the elderly, though eventually the quote was reasonable. Amazed to get a call from Australian Seniors while still on the website however the customer service person was not a patient person and became unfriendly quite quickly.

Missed out on 5 stars by not paying attention to detail. I would use again and recommend to friends. You were given debit card details and verified on the telephone by your team member to pay for the first two weeks premium of $34.16. Next payment due on March 1st by direct debit with BSB and account numbers supplied to you. I received a telephone call am 20th February from Australian Seniors to advise my first payment by direct debit had been declined. Not surprising since my card payment was not processed by Australian Seniors for the first payment, and you jumped in two weeks early to secure payment by direct debit that was not even set up. The first premium due has now been paid by debit card today,

I only used the online service to get a quote for care insurance. The software was used friendly and I was able to get a quote very quickly. I also liked the ability to see variations on the premium based on selecting different excesses and agreed values.
