Purchased house and contents insurance. Quote was competitive with a clear PDS to answer any questions. Consultant rang me once quote was issued to answer any questions. My first policy with Australian Seniors.

Very good all round customer services with competitive priced products. I changed from my existing insurance provider that I had had been with for many years. Cost saving was considerable. Shows there is very little reward for staying a loyal long-term customer.

Very easy, very quick. Only complaint is that when filling out the application form the form showed an agreed value of $3100 for my car. Then, when the policy came the agreed value was $2000. No explanation as to when and why it was reduced. Other than that, it was a very positive experience.

I was pleased with the information given to me in regards car full comprehensive insurance. I was concerned l would only be able to afford third party insurance but was pleased that l was able to afford full car insurance. I further saved by paying account annually instead of monthly.

I inquired about Australian Seniors Car Insurance and the person I spoke with was very helpful. I found that your car insurance offered everything I wanted. It was competitive and flexible, allowing me to adjust my mileage limit, which reduced my premium. This is a great feature. Also liked your call centre being local (i.e. not overseas based).

The telephone representative spoke clearly and with a measured pace -(not in the "chipmunk" cadence of today's fashion where vowels get pulverized and consonants obliterated , at rapid speed). She was meticulous in double checking the information with both of us. However, when she read out the extensive "Verbal Contract" and the mass of questions that this incorporated -(of which the vendor keeps a recorded copy), she could not guarantee that the consumer (us) would have access to either the recorded Verbal Contract - or a transcript of it. This is a systemic perversion. Both parties to a contract should have verbatim copies of it - otherwise either party can withdraw. Samuel Goldwyn, the Hollywood movie mogul, said “A verbal contract isn't worth the paper it's written on”
