It’s easy to join the company but try and ring back is a nightmare. Trying to get the number setup to the right area just doesn’t happen as it keeps saying it cannot detect what number you have pressed and listening to the original talk feast is a pain. It would be better to say there are a lot of calls and put on a waiting list .

Brilliant Customer service, phones answered within 10 seconds no wait times. The Customer Services officer dealing with my case, was very polite, courteous, friendly and explained everything in detail, well spoken and extremely well presented. No questions were left unanswered. The icing on the cake was the huge savings in my pocket. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Australian Seniors, looking forward to dealing this Company again. I would rate you more than 5 Stars given the option. Highly recommend.
