Now comes the real service equation, how will their services be provided should ever be a requirement for utilising the insurance I have taken for my home. We found your costs very high and although the person we spoke to was very well spoken and nice to deal with he did not know what he was selling . He did not know his product and asked us to wait on hold at least 5 times while he found out the answers to our quite simple questions. He just needs to know his product better because another person might not have been so patient with him and gone elsewhere.
