I saw the ads on tv and it was a better deal than the plan I was on. My customer service operator was excellent even though as we joked she didnt have to do much as I researched everything myself.

We rang up for a quote and were pressured into signing up and giving our credit card details so that a quote could be given. When we received the information and decided to go with another company, you would not listen to us and continued to apply pressure to stay with you. You should be able to receive a quote without signing up and giving credit card details.
