Needed to change my level of cover as I was unsure about being able to keep up the higher level as I am on a very fixed income. The staff involved were lovely, did not make me feel like a nuisance at all, everything was done very quickly and easily, Australian Seniors seem to have a very professional and helpful team of consultants, they all deserve a big pat on the back!

My wife and I discussed Funeral insurance. She contacted Australian Seniors and asked for a quote and what was provided with all policies, a quote was all she asked for, the operator told her they cannot generate a quote unless it has an account number to draw from, being a gullible person she gave him our bank details, he told her a quote would be sent to our email. She spoke to me and my immediate reaction was anger, I told her to contact them and cancel the complete request, upon opening email it was a completed policy with deductions to commence by the end of the week. It then took a lot of talk to another operator to get the lot cancelled.. Wrong Wrong Wrong!!!!!!

It appears that the agent I spoke to went ahead and processed a policy that I did not confirm nor give authority to touch my bank account to access any funds. I am now at the point of having to contact you regarding a policy that I have not purchased. I demand that these funds are immediately refunded to my account.

Service was good but very disapointed at one aspect of the policies....on my cover the failure to allow me any reduction of the wait for full cover period.....bearing in mind Ive just done 6 months of exactly this with Apia. ....just adds to the possibility of discarding the Cover altogether in the shortbterm.
