Seniors Final Expenses was most appropriate for our circumstances. It gave us sufficient cover immediately for accident and after 12 months for any death. I can only comment more after the 12 months has expired and we see the policy in action.

Contact was immediate while I was still online! Operator was well informed and offered something more appropriate than the initial inquiry I had made which she had explained in full. She had empathy for our situation.

Don't be so ****** pushy! the first consultant states the its a free quote but the second want all your details and policy start date, Back off give me the quote and I will compare with my current policy. And then if I'm happy I'll change over not the way you pushy lot do it!

At times I had some difficulty understanding what was being said, it was quoted that I did not have a policy, its was wrong, I have had one for 3 years, it took sometime for the person to confirm it, later things were just a little easier even though the English was not very clear, some ppl would have difficulty in understanding the consultant

My wife and I discussed Funeral insurance. She contacted Australian Seniors and asked for a quote and what was provided with all policies, a quote was all she asked for, the operator told her they cannot generate a quote unless it has an account number to draw from, being a gullible person she gave him our bank details, he told her a quote would be sent to our email. She spoke to me and my immediate reaction was anger, I told her to contact them and cancel the complete request, upon opening email it was a completed policy with deductions to commence by the end of the week. It then took a lot of talk to another operator to get the lot cancelled.. Wrong Wrong Wrong!!!!!!

Everything is great..in regards to customer service & product...I just feel it was very pushy!..I felt like I couldn't just get the quote & think about it or talk about it with my husband first!...It was very much pushed upon me to sign up & think later!!!..It's hard to do that sometimes when money is tight, because now I'm worried that I may not be able to meet that required amount every fortnight.
