The consultant was very friendly , knowledgeable but a times spoke too fast and I had to ask him to repeat some statements(I am not deaf) He wanted a definite answer immediately-(He was a good salesman) and I wished to consult my husband but that wasn't allowed. BUT he did stress i had 30days if I wanted to change my mind.
