Explained about the cover, though I could not quite take it all in, I suppose reading it actually makes a difference, rather than being told about a whole lot of the cover, the options, the cooling off period, etc I was confusing to take it all in as I said. I think I will need to have my son help me go through the PDF with me so that I can make better sense of it all. However, Samantha was very willing and helpful and took the time to explain as best she could.
