Was the very standard call center obviously, let down though that the rep didnt mention the standard cover , Not till I asked did he even divulge that there was such option available. Which is a lesser cost ect for min differce then when asked he almost dismissed it as trival. So i went with the Top. If was a chiose available I would have liked to be informed of it. So at best now I've 30 days to pull out or not . You could have an agent call explane the differences between policies and if suitable may change. As a operation that services the older community you seem to be totally unaware or dont care for the pensioner part of that community in retrospect I view the transaction as one done with a company that is driven by profits NOT servicing you clients . Recommendations?? Thankyou Tim barlow
