Very helpful and friendly. Explained about the cover, though I could not quite take it all in, I suppose reading it actually makes a difference, rather than being told about a whole lot of the cover, the options, the cooling off period, etc I was confusing to take it all in as I said. I think I will need to have my son help me go through the PDF with me so that I can make better sense of it all. However, Samantha was very willing and helpful and took the time to explain as best she could.

I purchased motor vehicle insurance and was asked if I was interested in funeral insurance and referred to a consultant. On at least three occasions I advised the young man that I was only interested in getting a quote. Despite this he continued and raised a policy which I have this date cancelled. This pressure selling is annoying, as is having to ring again to cancel an unwanted policy and could have been avoided if he had heeded my request for a quote.

Very efficient and quick to sign me up even though I only wanted a quote. Perhaps a little less urgency would not go astray when dealing with Senior Cits. I only wanted to know how Australian Seniors compared with oyther agencies that I would be calling but I found myself signed up and when I tried to cancel, I was pressured into accepting the policy albeit with some enticements. It is the insurance and its coverage that I am interested in NOT the inducements. While I satyed with the revised policy, I did not appreciate the pressure that was applied to entice me to stay.
