Everything is OK but action is very slow. Although you say that I will receive the policy with five days I have not received the policy up to now. Even my husband Mr.William Joseph Singanayagam has not received his policy. Please let me have your reply soon. I am seriously thinking of requesting the bank to stop payment.

I can't rate that either. I have not yet received anything however, my bank indicates that money has been deducted out of my account to pay for this. I did request that I be able to have the policy/ wordings sent to me first prior to taking this cover out but all businesses seem to want the money up front these days. I was advised that if I did not want to go ahead with the cover, I have 30 days to cancel. 5 days have now passed. I am concerned that by the time I receive this documentation , the time will have expired to cancel, if I so desire.

I can't rate the seniors insurance agency yet as I have only spoke to them for 3 mins and then was transferred to the insurance company. To date, I have yet to receive any policy wordings. It has been 5 days since I spoke with them regarding a policy for funeral expenses and my bank statement shows me money has been deducted from my account to pay for this policy. I did request a copy of the wordings before I make my final decision to accept the policy. To date, still no copy of policy or policy wording.

I have rated it poor not because of the product on offer but because i found the sales tactics very pushy and it made me quite angry. This had happened previously and i resisted, but this time i agreed but not because i really wanted to. I will review the information and may or may not continue.
