Your product (funeral cover) was by far the best offer I had found at the time when I was looking around with other companies. The fact that you provided me with a Will was of great help, whereas other companies wanted to reward me with gifts such as a blender/juicer, (I already owned one) OR a Tablet which I would not need or use (I had a very good laptop) OR I could selet a watch that one would use during intensive training programs (Which I feel I would really not use at my age and already owned a monitor style watch.) I was more interested that your company provided me with a policy that would credit me after 5 years. I would not have my payments go up over a period of time but instead they would come down. I was also happy to hear that if I were to pass away from an accident that my children would receive the $10 000.00 that I have as my funeral policy BUT on top of that my payments would increase leaving my children with 30 000.00 to cover my funeral and any outstanding accounts that would need to be paid. That was very comforting to know and having a free gift such as a Will sounded sensible considering I was in need of a FUNERAL POLICY and now I would be able to complete MY WILL KIT so when I pass away everything will be in my Will kit which was by far much better than having a blender. As far as my policy goes, I feel very happy knowing my children will have everything they need at the time of my passing. Matthew did not "SELL" your policy, instead he advised me and at all times he made sure I was happy with the policy and making sure that I was at all times happy with the policy that I bought. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for giving me peace of mind that my now new funeral policy will help my children when the time comes for me to pass on and they will have all the information to help them through a very hard time in their lives. So when the day comes, I pray not to soon, I know that the most important people in my life will be well cared for. Thank You..... Chery Esterhuyzen

Matthew served me over the phone. I told him why I wanted funeral cover. I had not really thought about funeral cover until this year April I received a phone call from South Africa telling me that my last direct living relative, my sister, was killed in a freak motor bike accident. Matthew was very compationate and I told him that could of been me as I also ride a motor bike. I found Matthew to be helpful and instead of me listening to a computerized voice reading all the info about the policy, instead your company had a human (Matthew) read it out for me. He made sure I was to let him know if I didn't understand anything and he explained and answered all my questions which made me feel at ease and so I signed up straight away. I felt comfortable about choosing a policy based on how helpful Matthew was and how he made me feel about having a policy with your company. So I say THANK YOU MATTHEW !!!!!!!
