I didn't realise that i would be phoned by a consultant so soon after i requested a quote. The consultant, Jason, was very professional, but the c all was late in the day when i was very tired and incapable of absorbing all the information, and was not in a position to take notes. I feel rather apprehensive that I may have locked myself into a package, given my bank details before I had a chance to consult my family whom I trust and rely upon for support and advice. In other words- a hard sell company?!!

How the duck would I know - I got a call 4 days ago. I would say that high pressure sales are VERY irritating. Saying my name every 15 secs does NOT endear me to the sales person - it turns me off, it's smarmy. Someone needs to train them in being genuine - real - what ever.
