Issra was extremely helpful and very patient with my enquiries. The offer seemed good so I signed up for funeral insurance. I guess I'll never know how it will work out. That will be up to my kids to sort out. Hopefully everything is as described and I have made things easier for my kids when I die.

We cancelled our policy this morning due to another insurer responding with a lower quote. I have been told that our policy is in place until the 23 Jan, but my understanding was that we would be refunded the $80.16 as per your cooling off policy. Not happy if this is not the case.
