I didn't apprieate talking to an overseas call centre person who when I asked about green slip ins, said senior ins.did have it which i then paid for only to find out two days later my car wasn't registered, also the the waiting time to have some one answer you onthe phone is absolutley ridiculuos when theres a voice telling you 'we will be with you soon'

Online Car Insurance purchase is very easy to use. Able to enter the different scenarios to fine tune the correct insurance option. Would very much prefer a different payment option rather than Direct Debit. Prefer if the Quote could be emailed with a BPay option as i review my insurances every 12 months and not have to ring up and cancel Direct Debits if I wish to change insurance providers.
