I completed the form , got a quote, varied it slightly and went to finalise, but as I had to go out, it timed out. I thought I would do it today. Today I had to phone to renew. It was very difficult, the telephone line was not good, (no fault of the young lady). I had to go over everything that I had completed yesterday, which meant I had completely wasted my time on the internet doing that. Surely someone could devise a system for you to find my quote as I had done it, and just complete the payment! Time consuming!

After 45 loyal years with NRMA ,I can no longer afford them .The proof of the change lies in the remote possibility of an actual claim I suppose . Cannot fault the attitude of the advisor at all. Very good .
