Website easy to navigate and car insurance policies easy to organise. Spoke to a Australian Seniors customer support officer, and she helped us cancel our car insurance policy as we were getting a new car. The only criticism is the waiting time and number of choices

I paid my car insurance policy and after realised I had given the wrong car details my quote was for a Ford Ranger 4X4, my Ranger is a 4X2. I contacted Seniors insurance and had the details changed and was told my quote had increased by over $50. A 4X2 Ranger is less expensive than the 4x4. I explained this to the Consultant and it fell on dear ears.

Although I started and completed my application on line, I rang the call centre to clarify some questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised when I found I was talking to a person within Australia who was easily understood and answered all my questions. I hope the service is this good if I ever need to make a claim.
