Great experience getting a quote online, easy and quick to complete. Great response time when buying a new product (a few minutes). Long response time when an existing customer (30+ minutes). Haven't used it yet though.

The person I spoke with was very professional, pleasant and understanding. She explained the comprehensive cover I selected as well as the extra coverage I chose to me very well, and said if I needed to change anything at anytime it wouldn't be an issue.

The website was easy to navigate and the questions asked were logical. I particularly liked the speed from start to finish, there was no waiting around for a third person to provide additional information. I saved $200 per year on my comprehension car insurance. I had been with the other insurance company since I was 17 years old.

Website easy to navigate and car insurance policies easy to organise. Spoke to a Australian Seniors customer support officer, and she helped us cancel our car insurance policy as we were getting a new car. The only criticism is the waiting time and number of choices

I paid my car insurance policy and after realised I had given the wrong car details my quote was for a Ford Ranger 4X4, my Ranger is a 4X2. I contacted Seniors insurance and had the details changed and was told my quote had increased by over $50. A 4X2 Ranger is less expensive than the 4x4. I explained this to the Consultant and it fell on dear ears.
